If you would like to book a holiday at Ash Tree Cottage here is our booking procedure:
1. Check availability
Check availability on the website's calendar. We try to keep the calendar up to date but do get in touch if a week is showing booked but you would like to double check it.
2. Reserve your dates
Email or telephone us to reserve your dates. We will hold a provisional booking for up to 7 days if you need to consult with others or check that you can take holiday from work. When you are ready to go ahead, click here for a booking form. Complete the form and email or post it to the address below with a non-returnable deposit of 25% of the total cost. We will then confirm your holiday in writing. You can check our pricing here.
Even easier, you can go to our "Make an Enquiry" tab and complete our booking form online, to ensure we receive your reservation request as quickly as possible. We will still require the 25% deposit within 7 days of your request in order to confirm your reservation.
The remainder of the payment is due no later than 6 weeks before your holiday and when we receive it we'll send you instructions about how to find the cottage and what the code for the key safe will be. For bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival the full amount is due at the time of booking.
3. How to pay
We would prefer payment by electronic bank transfer. We will let you have the account details when you book.
Alternatively you can pay by cheque made payable to “B.D. ARMER”
